SETUP YOUR PERSONAL WEBPAGE WHERE YOU CAN:

  1. Search For Properties:  At the top of your website you have a link called "Property Search".  Click on this link.  You are ready to start your property search in the same data base that all of the agents use.

  2. View Details or View all Images.  When you choose one of these options, you will be able to view details of the homes and any pictures that are available. 
    .
  3. Evaluate the Properties and Organize Them.  You can save or delete the properties.  When you save them, you have the option to save it “as a Favorite” or “as a Possibility”.  Over time you will find this feature useful to help you organize and sort through potential homes.

  4. Calculate Your Mortgage.  Estimate the mortgage payment.  Change the interest rate, downpayment or other factors and see the new monthly calculation.
    .
  5. Manage Saved Properties.  In "My Favorite” or “My Possibilities” tabs you will have properties you have saved.  As you sort through the properties you can classify them or delete them.  To view these properties at a later date click on "Private" by the login or logout field.

  6. Review Properties. Under the “Agent Recommendations” tab, you will find properties that we will send you based upon the given criteria.  Properties will continue to be posted on your website as they become available.  We can alert you automatically of these new postings via e-mail.

  7. Request More Information.  If you would like more specific details on a property, just click on the "Request More Info" button.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SETUP YOUR PERSONAL WEBPAGE:

  1. Go to "Login".  If this is your fist time, go to “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”.  Follow the instructions.  The code you type is case sensitive.  If you have problems identifying the letters or numbers of the code on the screen, just click on "change code" and it will generate a new code.

    You will receive via email your “Temporary Password”.  Cut and paste this password into your “Password” field.  When you complete this task you will be driven to personalize your password.
    .
  2. In the next screen, paste the password you received in the “Old Password" field.  Now type in a password you can remember in the “New Password” field.  Select a “Secret Question” from the dropdown menu and respond to the question.

  3. Submit--YOU NOW HAVE YOUR PRIVAE WEBSITE!!!

  4. RECOMENDATION.  CLICK ON THE DEMO SITE FEATURE.  This will allow you to see how useful your webpage will be to your home search process.

You have access to the most complete and up-to-date source of online properties listed on the internet for the tri-county area (The Same Data Used By Agents).  Use the search option to look for properties by county, city or zip code.
